Service and other support

Part of the delivery of technological units and other products is also service support - warranty and post-warranty service. 

Upon agreement with the customer, we provide service in the range of 1 - 5 days. 

Service is provided by experienced, trained and certified technicians who have fully equipped service vehicles at their disposal. They are thus able to perform all service work on site. 

As part of the service we provide: 

• equipment repairs (plastic parts)
• pipeline repairs
• software settings
• measurement and control
• service of supplied components, eg motors, gearboxes, pumps

Telephone support is a matter of course.
