The exhaust end elements are used to disperse the waste air into the outdoor area. Elements used for suction are used to supply fresh air to the ventilation system, where the medium is further distributed into pipe networks.
We produce basic end elements, which are rain blinds (self-acting overpressure PZP, standard version with fixed PZP slats and possibly atypical PZA version at the customer’s request), exhaust pieces (straight, slanted) and exhaust headers in circular and square designs.

Implementation:

In most cases, rain blinds are placed outdoors, so the material chosen is PE-HD. In addition to the square connection to the rain blind, it is also possible to make a circular connection in any size.
The slats are fixed in the standard version of the blind. To correctly choose the size of the rain blind, it is necessary to define the free flow area before production. To prevent water from entering the blind, it is necessary to maintain a maximum air speed of 3 m/s in the open area.
Rain blinds can be equipped with other accessories such as a net against insects and birds.
Mounting frames are used for precise placement in the building structure.

Implementation:

The type of connection is possible via a fixed flange (PP). Connection with a free flange (VP) is possible, where during implementation the flange will be welded on site with wire. We also supply straight exhaust pieces (VKR) in a circular cross-section. At the request of the customer, it is possible to supply an atypical exhaust piece (VKA).
The end of the exhaust piece is always provided with mesh.
According to the customer’s wishes, it is possible to combine connections.
We deliver in angles α of 15°, 30°, 45° and 60°.
Maximum dimensions according to individual consultation with the production structure.

Implementation:

The type of connection is possible via a fixed flange (PP). Connection with a free flange (VP) is possible, where during implementation the flange will be welded on site with wire. We also supply angular exhaust headers (VHH). On the upper part of the head there are welded eyes, with which the head is anchored to the structure. The heads are supplied in standard dimensions d100 – d 1600 mm, if it is necessary to supply a larger diameter than indicated, a consultation with the production structure is required. Condensation of water vapor occurs inside the exhaust head, for this reason the head is equipped with an outlet for draining condensate.
