The main function of exhaust covers is to prevent fumes from entering the surrounding areas from the workplace. The material is always chosen according to the medium used. The exhaust covers can be equipped with grease filters if it is exhausting in the food industry, where there is a risk of greasy fumes. In addition, it is possible to equip the covers with perforated sheets, which are inserted into the free surface and thus guarantee uniform extraction over the entire surface at the cost of increasing the pressure loss of the entire system.
EXTRACTION COVERS
OZP 1000×500-500/30°/d250/RK-R 250/PP-H RAL 7032
|
Example of marking:
OZP 1000×500-500/30°/d250/RK-R /PP-H RAL 7032
extraction cover in spatial design, dimension 1000×500-500 mm, angle of inclination 30°, connection diameter 250 mm, including control valve diameter 250 mm with manual mechanism, material PP-H (polypropylen homopolymer) colour design grey
Implementation:
The material is selected according to the type of media that is pulled away by the cover.
The shapes and sizes of the cover are very individual for each order and it is not possible to list all types of designs. As standard, room exhaust hoods (OZP), wall designed versions (OZN) and covers in an atypical design (OZA) are offered. The number of connection sockets is determined according to the length of the cover.
The basic cross-section of the connection sockets is circular. If necessary, it can be adjusted to square.
Cover lengths and widths are produced in 500 mm increments. A part of the suction cover can also be a control flap in a version with a manual mechanism, or with a mechanism controlled by a servo drive.
EXTRACTION CHANNELS

Example of marking:
OK 1000×300-400/d250/RK-R /PP-H RAL 7032
extraction channel, dimension 1000×300-400 mm, connection diameter 250 mm, include control valve diameter 250 mm with manual mechanism, material PP-H (polypropylen homopolymer) colour design grey
Implementation:
The material is selected according to the type of media that is pulled through the channel.
The shapes and sizes of the channels are very individual for each order and it is not possible to list all types of designs. The basic cross-section of the connection sockets is circular. If necessary, it can be adjusted to square.
