Distribution elements serve to distribute air. According to the need for air flow in the premises, it is necessary to choose a suitable end element. The end elements are also divided according to the direction of air flow into inlet and outlet.
It is possible to add control elements to any end element. For the sake of production efficiency, we try to produce as many elements as possible directly on CNC equipment. According to the customer’s wishes, we are also able to supply atypical end elements for any aggressive environment.

Implementation:

The outlets are installed directly on the ventilation duct, in which there is a pre-prepared hole.
The material is selected according to the type of medium that flows in the pipe.
Outlets can be used both for the supply of conditioned air and for the removal of degraded air.
The standard version is with fixed slats, we also supply a version with adjustable slats.
The position of the slats is horizontal or vertical.
The minimum size of the nozzles can be supplied 100×100 mm, the maximum size 1200×500.
Atypical dimensions should be consulted with production engineering.

Implementation:

The whirling anemostat is used to supply conditioned air, allowing for optimal air flow direction, and this type of distribution element can also be used to remove degraded air. The slat profiles in the front plates are available in different designs. Connection to the plenum box is possible from the side and possibly from the top. We supply solid slats as standard.
Plenum boxes are made square, at the customer’s request we can also make round plenum boxes.
Air regulation is carried out using a regulation flap controlled by a manual mechanism.

The type of connection is possible via a fixed flange (PP). Connection with loose flange (VP) is possible, where during implementation the flange will be welded on site with wire. Furthermore, it is possible to connect the circular pipe using a hem (LS).
At the customer’s request, it is possible to choose the perforated length.
We supply circular perforated pipe sizes from 500 mm to 1400 mm.
