ARCS, BENDS, TRANSITION BENDS
Arcs and bends are crucial parts of ventilation systems which are mainly used to change the direction of the air flow.
Circular arcs/bends are standard purchased fittings.
The thickness of the board wall is always chosen according to the pressure load of ventilation network.
The side plates of the arch/bends are milled on CNC equipment. The back and front plates are bent to the required radius and all parts are welded together using ⌀4 mm wire.

Implementation:
The material is selected according to the type of medium that flows through the given fitting and also the environment in which it is located. The type of connection is possible via a fixed flange. Connection with loose flange is possible, where during implementation the flange will be welded on site with wire. According to the customer’s wishes, it is possible to combine these connections.
You can also order a transition bend in normal sizes, or atypical dimensions after consultation with the production structure.
We deliver in angles α 15°, 30°, 45°, 60°, 75°, and 90°.
Furthermore, it is possible to make openings for connecting pipes.
