Technological units

The company STP plast, spol. s r. o. over time, moved from the supply of separate components to the implementation of more complex technological units. 

At present, we are able to provide the customer with a comprehensive supply of equipment for technological halls from the initial design, through the processing of detailed project documentation, own production of individual components, their assembly and commissioning. Of course, there are inspections and subsequent warranty and post-warranty service, software and other support. 

We not only build new technological units, but we also modernize existing ones, repair and maintain them. 

Examples of implemented technological units:

• Galvanizing plants - replacement of galvanic baths, design and implementation of pipelines, installation of air conditioning, installation of cranes and travels, creation and setting of control software
• Ecological air cleaning - realization of own cleaning, design and installation of extraction, production from materials resistant to aggressive substances, final air cleaning, production of absorbers
• Wastewater treatment plants - production of baths, sumps and tanks, implementation of neutralization stations, sludge tanks, all with emphasis on ecology
• Control of technological processes - manual, semi-automatic, fully automated, including measurement, regulation
• Chemical polishing of glass - design and implementation of equipment for cleaning oat and lead-free glass, implementation of pipelines, air conditioning, wastewater disposal, implementation of neutralization stations, creation of control software
